Run day-to-day creative and production on an unscripted TV series from prep through delivery.

The role

Ampla is hiring a Supervising Producer for an unscripted television series based in Manhattan. You will run the show day to day: leading producers and story teams, steering cuts in post, and keeping the series on schedule and on budget across the full season.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of producers, associate producers, and story staff across the season
• Shape series format, episode arcs, and story in the field and in the edit
• Manage the production calendar, staffing plan, and deliverables
• Work directly with network executives on notes, standards, and delivery

What you bring

• 7+ years in unscripted TV with supervising or co-EP credits on series
• Strong story instincts across both field production and post
• Experience managing teams and budgets on network or streamer series
• Based in or able to work from New York
