The role

Ampla is placing an Assistant Editor with a major studio's post-production team in New York. You will keep the edit running: ingesting and organizing media, syncing dailies, building stringouts, and turning around cuts for editors and producers on scripted series.

What you'll do

• Ingest, sync, and organize dailies across multiple shows
• Build stringouts, selects, and assemblies for editors
• Handle turnovers, outputs, and review links
• Troubleshoot media and workflow issues before they reach the edit

What you bring

• 1-3 years as an AE or post PA on scripted series or features
• Fluent in Avid Media Composer; Premiere a plus
• Deep organization habits and clean media management
• Based in New York; full-time staff role
