The role

Ampla is staffing a Post Production Coordinator for a television studio in Los Angeles. You will track every episode through post: scheduling edit bays and mix dates, chasing deliverables, coordinating with vendors, and keeping producers current on where each cut stands.

What you'll do

• Maintain post schedules across multiple shows and episodes
• Book edit bays, mixes, color sessions, and review screenings
• Track deliverables, music cues, and clearance items to final delivery
• Coordinate between editors, vendors, and studio departments

What you bring

• 2+ years coordinating post on series television
• Working knowledge of the full post pipeline: offline, online, mix, color, delivery
• Spreadsheet and scheduling fluency; relentless follow-through
• LA local; contract with strong potential to extend
