The role

Ampla is hiring a Lead Video Content Editor for a prestigious film organization in Los Angeles. You will lead a small editing team producing trailers, filmmaker conversations, event coverage, and year-round digital content, setting the editorial bar and the workflow the team cuts to.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a small team of editors across concurrent projects
• Cut flagship pieces yourself: trailers, features, and event coverage
• Set post workflows, templates, and finishing standards
• Partner with producers on story, music, and graphics direction

What you bring

• 6+ years editing promos, trailers, or short-form content, with lead experience
• Expert in Premiere or Avid; strong motion graphics instincts (After Effects)
• A reel that shows taste, pacing, and story
• Based in Los Angeles; full-time staff role
