The role

Ampla is placing a Creative Executive, Animation with a fast-growing digital-first studio in Los Angeles. You will scout and develop animated projects: reading submissions, tracking talent, giving notes on scripts and animatics, and shepherding projects from pitch through greenlight.

What you'll do

• Track writers, directors, and artists in the animation space
• Read and cover submissions; run development notes on scripts and animatics
• Support pitches and presentations for internal and partner greenlights
• Coordinate with production on projects moving into series or film

What you bring

• 2-4 years in animation development, current series, or agency/management
• Strong story sense and coverage skills
• Real relationships in the animation community
• Based in Los Angeles; full-time staff role
